Timber Block Launches Realtor Advantage Program - Podcasters Talk About the Benefits

Aaron Burns and Penny Kiryk are hosts of the “Building Dreams” Podcast, a podcast designed for anyone in or interested in the building industry. One of their latest episodes dives deep into Timber Block Custom Home’s brand new Realtor Advantage Program. This program is designed to help realtors expand their business. However, it does more than that. This program helps everyone involved in a home building project. This includes the real estate agent, the builder, the designer, and most importantly, the client.

Podcast co-host Aaron Burns is an experienced builder in New England. He says the Realtor Advantage Program was certainly something needed in the industry. “If you are a real estate agent with a ‘land only’ listing, it’s a bit hard to market. You can only take so many angles of pictures of trees and grass…things like that. For the seller, they want to be able to move that land, and this program will certainly fast track that process.” Aaron says they do this using a Ghost Listing, using Timber Block’s gorgeous models. “Timber Block has a fantastic in-house production team that has created their own renderings. There is a library of models of beautiful homes already at the agent’s fingertips.“

The Realtor Advantage Program gives agents access through an easy-to-navigate portal. “The realtor can simply add these perfect renderings on that piece of land, resulting in an actual visual.” And he says there’s even more innovation to it: “Timber Block has taken it up a notch - the real estate agent can access the 3D renderings, but also download a description of that property.” In addition, this advantage program also allows clients to see a potential price point. “The agent can put an actual cost of building that home on that specific piece of land.” And with over 700 data point locations across North America, the program is very widespread. “So, it doesn’t really matter where the agent is, they are able to access all of this through a portal Timber Block’s has created. Plus, this portal is free of charge. It’s definitely a win-win for everyone involved.”

Aaron says he’s certainly had his own success with the program. “For example, I had been sitting on a piece of land that was for sale for more than 200 days. In the past 6 months, there was basically no attention on that piece of land. As soon as we put up a Timber block model, we had 3 different leads in the first week.”

Along with the Realor Advantage Program, Timber Block launched the Builder Advantage Program. This program is along the same lines - builders are vetted by Timber Block, not only helping builders grow their business, but it makes the home building process so much easier for the client. These programs literally link all aspects of the home building process together.
